    • Perez had a career high in batting average (.275) in 1975
    • He was the only Atlanta player featured in the 1976 set.

    • Traded with Darrell Evans to the San Francisco Giants for Willie Montanez and three others on June 13
    • Batted .257 in 124 games for the Braves and the Giants
    • Went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, two runs scored, and three RBI on June 19 against the New York Mets
