I'm going to make an attempt to collect as many baseball cards as possible from 1976. I was 9 when the 1976 Topps baseball cards came out. I have most of those cards, but I'd like to expand and get the other cards from this great year.

1976 Topps #119 - Checklist 1-132
What's there to say? It's a checklist.
I wonder what it was like to collect baseball cards in series. I started collecting in 1974. By that time, Topps was putting out all of the cards at once instead of in series.
My only experience with collecting cards in a series are with the recent ones from the last decade or so. I find it slightly annoying, but I'm getting used to it.
The only good thing about series is that there are new products more times during the year. Otherwise, I think it sucks to have to wait to try to get certain cards. I like a single set that contains all the cards, and from a single pack you can pull any possible base card.
